摘要：

元胞自动机具有模拟二维空间演化过程的能力,并且在时间上也是离散的,因此具有很强的时空动态性,它的这种特性使其模拟城市增长具有明显的优势。SLEUTH模型是元胞自动机模型的一种具体实现形式,通过介绍该模型的增长参数、增长规则以及校正过程,提出了可提高模拟精度的增长参数与增长规则改进方法。最后基于GIS方法和遥感数据源,将该模型应用于长沙市,重建了1996～2005年长沙市历史城市增长过程,预测了2010年长沙市城市增长情景,证明了SLEUTH模型模拟城市增长的可行性。
