<正>译者前言:我国人口老龄化的发端要比欧美国家晚约一个世纪,因而对教育是应对人口老龄化的重要手段之一的"意识"和着力发展老年教育的研究与实践的"行动"也要相对落后。然而,作为人口大国,我国目前先富未老的特殊形势迫切呼唤老年教育的研究与实践的创新。总体而言,我国老年教育的实践探索要先于理论研究,这种情形若长此以往,将导致我国老年教育实践发展的价值定位会因缺乏必要的理论指导而模糊不清,同时势必会制约我国人口老龄化背景之下老年教育的可持续性发展。因此,译者希望能够
