理科教师知识的研究进展及启示

摘要
教师知识被视为影响教学实践的重要因素之一,有关教师知识的研究一直是教师教育领域关注的热点。一般来说,理科教师知识由四部分构成:学科内容知识、教学知识、情境知识和学科教学知识。其中,学科教学知识在教师知识结构中处于核心地位,对教师的教学行为产生直接的影响。基于国际上对理科教师知识的研究,我国理科教师的培养需要重视学科内容知识,加强教师对学生的理解,在实践中发展教师知识,注重教师学科教学知识(PCK)的全面发展,关注教师信念对知识发展的影响。
