摘要：

从华北白前(Cynanchum hancockianum)干燥根的乙醇提取物中分离得到五个单萜类化合物,其中三个新化合物的结构为4-p-樟烷-1,7,8-三醇(4-p—menthane-1,7,8-triol,Ⅲ),华北白前新甙A(neohancoside A,IV)和华北白前新甙B(neohancoside B,V)。已知化合物为4-p-樟烯-1-8,9-二醇(4-p-menthene-1-8,9-diol,I)和4-p-樟烷-1,8,9-三醇(4-p-menthane-1,8,9-triol,II)。其中化合物V以全乙酰化物形式自植物中分得。
