临床微生物实验室自动化现状与进展

摘要
随着微生物检验技术的发展,特别是基质辅助激光解析电离-飞行时间质谱技术以及微生物标本液体转运技术的运用,使微生物实验室自动化愈加可行。人们期盼的成功的自动化系统设计灵活,能将实验室人员从一些技术要求较低的、能由仪器完成的工作中解脱出来,从而提高标本处理效率,并减少资源浪费。目前,研发和使用的微生物实验室自动化系统可分为三大部分,第一部分为标本处理系统,第二部分为能提供全微生物实验室自动化解决方案的系统,包括为达到不同级别自动化程度的各种模块,第三部分为各种微生物自动化鉴定和药敏系统。现在,临床微生物检验流程已进入革新时代,虽然大量的评估工作还有待完成,但微生物自动化系统必将对临床微生物实验室工作水平的提高与技术发展产生深远的影响。
