摘要：

InterPAR ES电子文件长期保存政策框架是国际电子文件保存领域的重要研究成果。本文对该政策框架的制定背景、研究视角、概念基础、框架结构及主要内容等进行了较为全面的介绍和分析,在此基础上提出了对我国电子文件长期保存政策研究和实践的相关建议。
