基于分布式发电的虚拟发电厂研究综述

摘要
为了解决大规模分布式电源接入配电网后造成的系统难以调度、终端用户频率/电压大幅波动、能源利用率低等严峻问题,提出了在配电网中构建基于分布式发电的虚拟发电厂。比较了不同文献中对虚拟发电厂的定义,概括出虚拟发电厂的关键特征,介绍了组成虚拟发电厂的各种分布式发电机组,比较了虚拟发电厂与微网之间的差别,分类梳理了现有文献中提出的虚拟发电厂运行时采用的多源协调控制和优化调度方法,以及虚拟发电厂在参与电力市场交易时所采用的交易策略,介绍了现有关于虚拟发电厂的工程项目进展,最后对虚拟发电厂在未来的发展进行了展望。
