摘要
为了进一步开展对野生哺乳动物胃肠道微生态的相关研究,论文对基于聚合酶链反应的变性梯度凝胶电泳(PCR-DGGE)技术进行了概述,并着重介绍了其在哺乳动物胃肠道微生物多样性和菌群结构方面的研究进展,发现PCR-DGGE技术克服了传统方法对微生态菌群分析的缺点,能够更好地检测和分析哺乳动物胃肠道微生态。采用PCR-DGGE技术对野生哺乳动物哺乳动物进行研究,能够为野生动物研究与保护奠定基础。
