米非司酮对围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者疗效及子宫内膜的影响

摘要：

目的观察长期低剂量米非司酮对围绝经期异常出血的子宫肌瘤患者的疗效和对子宫内膜的影响。方法选择围绝经期有异常出血的子宫肌瘤患者10例,口服米非司酮5mg/d,连续6个月,观察治疗后临床效果、子宫内膜病理及超微结构的变化。结果用药期间患者均闭经,治疗后较治疗前血红蛋白平均升高30g/L,子宫肌瘤的最大直径下降显著(P<0.01);治疗后子宫内膜病理呈现增生期和(或)分泌期变化,未见异型性;治疗后,子宫内膜的超微结构由紊乱转为正常。结论长期低剂量应用米非司酮治疗围绝经期异常出血的子宫肌瘤患者是安全有效的。
