摘要：

乳酸是体内碳水化合物和非必需氨基酸非常重要的中间代谢产物,重症患者血中乳酸浓度升高的水平对患者预后甚至病死率有着重要的警示作用。本文通过综述乳酸酸中毒的临床意义及潜在的治疗方法,阐明乳酸对机体的作用及其对疾病预后的潜在意义,为重症疾病治疗提供新的思路。
