<正> 一、什么是沉淀成本沉淀成本(sunk cost)至今没有统一的定义。但是沉淀成本在经济学特别是产业组织理论中是一个重要的成本概念,它是指在一项没有可替代用途的资产中的投资。也就是说,沉淀成本是没有机会成本的资产(卡布罗,2002)。1951年美国成本概念和标准委员会把沉淀成本定义为"在某种情况下不能回收的过去成本",具体指过去投资在工程上,在该
