摘要：

迄今为止,全球范围内胃癌的发病率和病死率仍居高不下。由于进展期胃癌的预后差,早期筛查、诊断和干预胃肠化生、萎缩性胃炎和早期癌变对提高患者的生存率至关重要。本文旨在介绍胃蛋白酶原及其在筛查萎缩性胃炎和胃癌中的作用。
