心力储备与运动能力的研究

摘要：

采用二倍登台阶运动试验法 ,运用重庆大学肖守中研制的心力监护仪分别对国家 1、2、3级运动员和高校普通系科学生进行了 1/ 4运动量和全运动量心肌收缩能力变化趋势的对照研究。发现体育系学生比普通系科学生的心肌收缩能力与心肌的储备能力要高 ,高水平运动员比一般运动员的心力储备能力也要高 ,然而不同项目的运动员之间的心肌储备能力没有明显的差异
