摘要
在植物抗逆反应体系中,通过转录因子调控功能基因的表达,是植物逆境应答反应的关键环节。作为植物体内最大的转录因子家族之一,MYB(v-myb avian myeloblastosis viral oncogene homolog)类转录因子在植物抗逆胁迫过程中起着重要的作用。文章论述了MYB转录因子的结构特征、功能特性及其分子机理,并结合研究进展着重讨论了它们在植物抗逆胁迫中的作用。
