人脐带间充质干细胞的生物学性质研究进展

摘要:
人脐带中富含间充质干细胞(MSCs)。这些细胞能表达多种间充质干细胞标志物及多种干细胞相关基因,能分化为3个胚层衍生的多种成熟细胞,合成多种营养因子和细胞因子,支持造血干细胞等细胞的增殖和功能,并具有低免疫原性。
