负压封闭引流技术在肢体和腹部创伤中的应用

摘要
负压封闭引流技术目前在国内大多数地区得到了应用,通过在创面周围形成持续或间断负压的密闭空间,达到控制感染、促进肉芽生长的作用,为最终的皮肤覆盖创造条件。笔者结合负压吸引的适应证及作用机制,结合文献复习介绍其在骨与软组织创伤和腹部创伤的临床应用。
