摘要：

目的:探讨人参皂苷Rg3抗肝癌作用机制的研究情况。方法:搜集近年来有关人参皂苷Rg3抗肝癌作用机制的文献并进行分析。结果:人参皂苷Rg3是从补益中药人参中提取的单体,其抗肝癌作用机制主要包括诱导肝癌细胞凋亡、抑制肝癌细胞增殖、抑制肝癌细胞侵袭和转移、抑制肝癌血管生成、逆转肝癌细胞多药耐药、与化疗联合的协同增效作用等。结论:人参皂苷Rg3具有抗肝癌作用,但其主要的作用通路和相关靶点还不够清晰,需要进一步的研究与探索。
