摘要：

<正>浆细胞性乳腺炎(plasma cell mastitis,PCM)是最常见的非哺乳期乳腺炎,早期阶段又被称为导管扩张症(mammary duct ectasia,MDE)和导管周围乳腺炎(periductal mastitis,PDM),通常发生在围绝经期的女性。一般认为该病的不同阶段有不同的临床表现,早期以导管扩张、乳头溢液为主,导管扩张导致分泌物潴留、脂质外溢,刺激导管周围组织产生炎症,可发展为PCM,但MDE和PDM不会全部发展为PCM[1-2]。
