摘要：

本文利用2010—2015年创业板企业数据,研究政治关联对企业技术创新的作用机理,同时实证检验反腐败对政治关联以及企业技术创新的影响机制。研究发现:政治关联对高新技术企业技术创新具有显著的促进作用。对存在政治关联的企业而言,短期内反腐败将会抑制企业技术创新。基于此,本文认为中国政府在继续加大反腐败力度的同时,对反腐败冲击较为严重但具有创新意愿的高新技术企业而言,需要建立相应的支持政策,从而规避对该类企业造成的短期经济波动风险。
