摘要
肝纤维化是由多种病因引起的肝脏疾病普遍的病理过程,是肝脏细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)生成与降解失衡,进而导致肝脏内纤维结缔组织异常沉积的结果。肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)的激活是肝纤维化的中心事件,多种细胞因子参与这一过程,当促纤维化因子与抗纤维化因子的作用发生失衡,而最终促纤维化因子占据优势导致肝纤维化发生。本文简要综述肝纤维化相关的重要细胞因子及发生作用的信号通路。
