<正>冠状动脉粥样硬化是脉管系统常见的慢性疾病,以血管壁慢性炎症为特征。小鼠冠状动脉粥样硬化模型中发现Th1细胞是冠状动脉粥样硬化发病中关键的病理因素。而动脉粥样硬化斑块中的T细胞主要是CD4+亚型,主要产生Th1亚型细胞因子,如IFN-γ。相反,Th2细胞可以产生抗动脉
