肥胖与骨质疏松的关系研究进展

摘要
随着生活水平的提高,肥胖已成为现代社会的常见病,而人口老龄化导致的骨质疏松症及其引起的脆性骨折亦被广泛重视。肥胖与骨质疏松症之间有无关联,目前说法不一。肥胖对骨重建的影响包括机械负荷刺激骨形成、脂肪组织分泌的脂肪因子对骨重建的不同作用及局部骨髓腔内脂肪细胞与成骨细胞具有共同起源,其分化具有竞争性等。本文结合目前国内外文献,从总体的体重,细化的机体脂肪含量、肌肉含量、局部的脂肪分布及骨髓脂肪对骨密度的影响等方面进行探讨。
