右美托咪啶的药理作用及临床应用进展

摘要：

右美托咪啶为高效、高选择性的α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有剂量依赖性的镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、交感神经抑制等作用,副作用少而轻,已于1999年在美国批准用于重症监护病房（ICU）成人的镇静、镇痛,并已在神经外科手术,用于术前用药、全麻辅助药、术后镇痛,治疗撤药反应等诸多临床实践中获得成功应用。现就其药理作用及临床应用作一综述。
