动态平衡计分卡在制造业企业中的应用研究

摘要
急剧变化的竞争环境对制造业企业的绩效管理提出了新的要求.为了提高制造业企业的绩效管理水平,在分析有关系统动力学和平衡计分卡相结合的研究基础上,给出一种动态平衡计分卡方法的具体实施步骤;并以某制造业企业为例建立适合企业自身特点的动态平衡计分卡,为企业建立一套战略性绩效管理体系.通过分析仿真结果发现,动态平衡计分卡能够有效地解决平衡计分卡在实施过程中的动态性不足问题,从而为促进平衡计分卡的有效实施和提高企业的战略性绩效管理水平提供借鉴.
