脑出血危险因素的病例对照研究

摘要：

本研究对53例脑出血病人进行了危险因素的调查。经单因素分析有意义的指标是高全血粘度、高血压、冠心病、ECG异常、饮酒(男性)、高VWF、高三酸甘油酯、高血浆粘度、高纤维蛋白原、眼底动脉硬化和主动脉硬化。其中前六项是经多因素主成份分析筛选出来的主要危险指标。危险因素的相关分析表明:除了异常的血流变指标存在相关关系外,饮酒、ECG异常和主动脉硬化均与某些血流变指标相关。
