国际合作与海外经历对科研人员论文质量的影响——以生命科学为例

摘要：

基于4所生命科学研究机构的课题组长的论文发表数据,对比了国际合作、国内合作和单位内合作对论文质量的影响,分析了海外留学与工作经历是否有利于科研人员发表高水平学术论文。研究发现:国际合作对论文质量有显著的正向影响,但这一影响并不比国内合作和单位内合作更突出。海外经历有利于提高科研人员的论文质量,特别是有助于在影响力更高的期刊上发表论文,但是否拥有外国博士学位对科研人员的论文质量没有显著影响,在科研管理中不应过分突出海外学历的意义。
