摘要
黄连是毛茛科多年生草本植物,其化学成分主要包括生物碱类、木脂素类、黄酮类、酸性成分等。黄连味极苦、性寒,具有清热燥湿,泻火解毒之功,常用于治疗泄泻痢疾、消渴、痈疮肿毒等。随着现代研究的深入,黄连新的药效相继被发现,其临床用途日益广泛,对多种疾病的治疗均有很大价值,可通过不同的途径和作用靶点起到保护心脑血管、抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗病原微生物、抗炎以及改善消化系统等药理作用。笔者将对近年来黄连的的化学成分、药理作用方面的研究进展予以综述,为其进一步的开发利用提供参考。
