摘要：

自从Marx等2003年首次报道二膦酸盐类药物可导致颌骨骨坏死以来,与二膦酸盐相关的颌骨骨坏死逐渐引起了临床医师的关注。本文就二膦酸盐相关性颌骨骨坏死的诊断标准及流行病学、病因学、临床表现、预防和治疗现状作一综述。
