运动性低血红蛋白形成过程中递增负荷跑台运动对大鼠红细胞及网织红细胞参数影响的研究

摘要
研究长时间递增负荷跑台运动最终造成大鼠运动性血红蛋白降低过程的不同阶段中,红细胞参数和网织红细胞参数的发展变化规律。研究显示:运动负荷递增的过程中有三点提示:1)运动开始阶段,若红细胞体积分布宽度RDW、网红体积分布宽度RDWr正常,单个网红内及单个红细胞内血红蛋白含量CH、CHr正常,网红百分比Retic%不变或有升高,则HBC、HCT、HGB下降可能为运动应激引起的生理性血液稀释现象。2)骨髓由于运动应激的影响而加快加强的造血反应在满足了机体运动氧需求后已暂告一段落时,虽然红细胞和血红蛋白仍保持较高水平,但高荧光网红百分比或未成熟网红百分比的再次上升提示血液学机能状况下降的开始。3)溶血性血红蛋白降低的红细胞及网红细胞参数特征为:RBC、HGB、HCT不变或降低,RMI、Retic%、Retic#上升,红细胞及网红细胞体积分布宽度RDW和RDWr增加。总结:通过监测运动员训练过程中红细胞及网织红细胞各参数的变化,能早期监控和预防运动性低血红蛋白的发生。
