摘要：

本文基于2005—2012年中国287个城市的样本数据,实证检验了地区资源依赖程度、政府透明度和经济增长之间的关系。实证结果支撑了如下结论:资源依赖降低了中国地方政府透明度;政府透明度是经济增长的驱动因素;政府透明度是"资源诅咒"问题的重要传导机制。对资源依赖程度较高地区,应当进行产业结构调整;要求地方政府提高与资源相关收入的透明度,以提高中国资源的使用效益和经济增长质量。
