脑缺血生化机制的研究——(Ⅰ)脑缺血Ca2+/CaM依赖性蛋白激酶活性的变化

摘要
本文报道了小鼠断头缺血和蒙古沙土鼠双侧颈动脉结扎缺血模型的形成,鉴定了40,000×g脑匀浆上清液中Ca2+/CaM依赖性蛋白激酶。在上述两种脑缺血模型中,Ca2+/CaM依赖性蛋白激酶活性随缺血时间延长而降低。断头缺血1分钟酶活性开始降低;缺血10分钟和20分钟,酶活性分别降低至正常组的43%和33%。双侧颈动脉结扎5、10、20、30分钟,酶活性分别降低为正常组的90%、62%、51%和47%。提示:脑缺血时,Ca2+/CaM依赖性蛋白激酶活性降低可能是一种脑神经系统功能紊乱的重要表现。
