ABCD2评分预测TIA患者脑梗死风险的研究

摘要
目的评估ABCD2评分法预测短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)后7天内发生卒中风险的作用。方法采用连续性、前瞻性登记的研究方法,以87例TIA患者为研究对象,应用7分制ABCD2评分法对入选患者评分,根据患者7天内脑梗死的发生率,分析ABCD2评分法预测TIA发作后7天内发生卒中的风险。结果 TIA发作后7天内发生脑梗死的患者中,88.98%的患者评分≥5分。评分7分的患者有66.7%于7天内发生卒中,6分的患者有23.5%于7d内发生卒中,5分的患者有8.33%于7天内发生卒中,<5分的患者只有3.85%于7天内发生卒中。结论 ABCD2评分法是一种简便易行的对TIA患者进行分层评价的方法,利用ABCD2评分法有助于临床工作中快速筛选出短期内脑梗死高危患者,对该类高危患者尽早干预,可降低TIA后脑梗死的发生。
