摘要
:运用关联规则发现技术对人事信息库进行数据挖掘,寻找影响学科发展的因素,发现应如何评价一个学科,以及影响学科发展的各要素间的关联关系.该文分析和指出了现有一些挖掘算法的优缺点,提出了Tid-optim算法,并对发现的规则进行分析,结合实际工作,为管理决策提供参考.
