多西他赛联合顺铂、5-Fu治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效分析

摘要：

目的观察多西他赛联合顺铂、5-Fu治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及耐受性。方法TDF方案:Docetaxel75mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天,化疗前预处理;顺铂20mg,静脉滴注,第1～5天;5-Fu2.5g/m2持续静脉灌注120小时,21天为1周期。结果全组CR1例、PR12例、SD9例、PD1例,总有效率56.5%。初治组有效率70%,复治组有效率46%。中位生存期为13月。不良反应主要有消化道反应和白细胞下降。结论TDF方案疗效肯定,不良反应能耐受。
