突触核蛋白聚集与散发型帕金森病发病机制研究进展

摘要
帕金森病是常见于中老年人群的第二大神经变性疾病,90%的帕金森病患者为散发型,约有10%的患者系家族遗传所致,如α-synuclein、parkin和UCH-L1基因异常或异常表达。最近的研究结果显示,突触核蛋白寡聚体可能是神经元死亡的执行者。突触核蛋白聚集过程中形成的寡聚体中间构象具有较强的细胞毒性,对帕金森病的发病过程有着重要作用。综述了近年的相关研究进展。
