光强和温度对硅光伏电池输出特性的影响

摘要
实验研究了单晶及非晶硅光伏电池的输出特性随光强与温度的变化规律,结果表明:光强与温度对单晶(非晶)硅电池输出电流与电压的影响规律是相同的;光强对单晶(非晶)硅电流影响大,电流相对变化约60%(73%),对电压影响小,电压相对变化约1.8%(3.6%),而温度对电池电压影响大,对电流影响相对小;相比较单晶硅电池,光强或温度变化对非晶硅电池的输出影响更大,且相同的光强或温度条件下,单晶硅电池的填充因子和转换效率都优于非晶硅电池.电池填充因子与转换效率和光强与温度的关系,由电池串联电阻、并联电阻以及相应的焦耳损耗耦合影响.
