<正>非阻塞性冠脉粥样硬化所致的急性心肌梗死(MINOCA)是一种由多种病因引起的综合征,虽然临床资料支持急性心肌梗死(AMI),但冠脉造影显示狭窄<50%。最近的一项临床调查研究显示,MINOCA的发病率为8.8%〔1〕。MINOCA发病的原因有两大类,冠状动脉痉挛和偏心性斑块属于心外膜性病因,Takotubo心肌病、PB19心肌炎、微血管痉挛和冠状动脉栓塞属于微血管性病因。MINOCA全因死亡率和1年随访死亡率
