摘要：

血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)是认知功能障碍的一个重要类型,由脑血管疾病的危险因素和/或血管性脑损害所导致的,从轻度认知功能障碍到痴呆的一大类综合征,是目前唯一可预防的痴呆类型。该文就VCI的药物和非药物治疗的现状及其进展作一综述。
