摘要：

神经保护剂可减小脑梗死面积,不引发出血,无溶栓、抗凝治疗出血的并发症,用前无需进行详细的病因鉴别诊断,使得早期治疗成为可能,因而神经保护剂的治疗效果和前景将是十分令人鼓舞的,但几乎所有的神经保护剂都是动物实验有效,临床无效或效果很差,而有些药物因严重副作用,限制了临床应用。进一步研究产生这一现象的原因,寻求解决方法成为神经保护剂研究的重点。
