<正> 胆汁淤积是指由于肝胆酸流受阻而导致的血清胆汁酸浓度升高。胆道上皮病变导致胆汁酸转运障碍,增加了血清胆汁酸浓度,普遍特征是胆汁酸在肝脏和血液中蓄积伴胆汁流减少,慢性胆汁淤积肝损伤主要由肝内淤积的高浓度肝细胞毒性疏水胆汁酸(如石胆酸及其前体鹅去氧胆酸)介导,它们溶解
