<正>尽可能的减少手术创伤是所有外科医生的追求,也是外科手术学的发展方向。经自然孔道内镜外科(NOTES)正是在这样的背景下应运而生,其优势在于减少或隐藏手术瘢痕,减少术后疼痛,促进术后康复等等[1-3]。
