摘要：

本文在对社会网络分析与健康传播结合的历史脉络进行梳理的基础上,提出了健康传播的社会网络分析框架:结构与功能分析。社会网络的结构分析聚焦行动者之间的关系和网络结构,功能分析阐述连接强度、位置等网络结构对健康信息扩散与行动者行为改变的影响。最后,从关系意识、意见领袖的评估以及健康文化培养讨论了社会网络分析如何应用于健康传播实践。
