国外环境科学与工程本科教育的起源与发展

摘要：

本文介绍了国外环境学科与教育的起源及其发展过程,以及美国的环境学科现状和演化出的三类环境工程本科教育模式。结合中国环境学科教育的现状和发展趋势,提出环境学科的发展和演变必须适应社会的需要,强化本科教育的基础地位,设立本科教育的准入条件和评估机制,建立一个供环境学科教师和研究与工程人员定期交流和讨论的开放平台,以及加强环境道德教育等建议。
