摘要
通过对现代电子显微技术这一新型表面分析技术原理和应用的阐述,介绍了扫描隧道显微镜的基本原理,对其与电子显微镜和场离子显微镜作了比较.论述了隧道效应理论的有关概念及隧道谱的原理、实验技术和在生命科学研究中的应用.
