摘要：

中东欧国家自1990年代初以来经历的国内制度转型,同时也是一个意义深远的欧洲化和国际社会化过程,欧盟与其它国际组织在其国内制度重建与公共政策制定及执行过程中发挥了巨大的影响力。以波兰中央银行和农业部门的改革为个案的比较研究,构建了中东欧国家实现欧洲化的解释模型和制度接轨的机制。
