摘要：

<正>胰腺癌是常见的消化道肿瘤,据统计,2008年美国新发胰腺癌病例数达到37680例,新发死亡病例数达到34290例,其发病率在所有肿瘤中占第8位。给人印象深刻的是,医学的进步并没有给胰腺癌的治疗带来太多的影响。从1975年至今,胰腺癌的5年生存率在各种癌症中一直保持最低记录[1]。
