摘要：

慢性术后疼痛(chronic postsurgery pain,CPSP)在临床上是影响患者生活质量的重要因素。本文旨在对慢性术后疼痛的发生机制、高危因素及预防做一综述,以提高人们对术后慢性疼痛发生的认识,指导临床,改善患者预后。
