血啉甲醚体外光敏效应观察

摘要
本文用化学发光法检测 HMME的’O2 和 ROS产量 ,并与 Hp D相比较 ,同时观察 HMME光敏效应与浓度、激光照射功率密度、照射时间、激光波长的关系。结果显示 :HMME浓度在 2 .5— 4 0μg/ ml范围内 ,其光敏效应随浓度的增加而呈线形上升 ,以后便略下降 ;578.2 nm激光以 1 0 m W/ cm2 照射 2 .5μg/ ml,HMME的’O2 和 ROS产量是 Hp D的 8倍 ;HMME光敏效应与激光照射的功率密度密切相关。各功率密度照射HMME后’O2 和 ROS产量变化的趋势为 :5m W/ cm2组 >1 0 m W/ cm2组 >2 0 m W/ cm2组 >1 m W/ cm2组 ;三种波长激光照射 HMME产生的’O2 和 ROS量为 :51 0 .6nm组 >578.2 nm>62 7.8nm组。结论 :HMME体外光敏效应强于 Hp D,其强度与 HMME浓度、激光波长、照射功率密度密切相关 ,过高或低功率密度照射产生效应不佳。
