促性腺激素释放激素类似物作用机制及在子宫内膜异位症治疗中研究进展

摘要：

子宫内膜异位症(EM)是育龄妇女的多发病,近年发病率已达10%。其主要临床表现包括疼痛、不育、盆腔包块。药物治疗在EM治疗中占有重要地位,促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)类似物已成为治疗EM的金标准药物,本文就近年GnRH激动剂(GnRH-a)在EM治疗中的作用机制、疗效、副反应及处理作如下综述。
