摘要：

营养不良常见于COPD患者,可对患者的胸肺功能产生有害的影响;并且患者住院期间营养状态进一步恶化,加剧呼吸系统功能的紊乱。为了进行适当的营养支持,减轻或纠正营养不良,有必要进行全面而系统的营养状态的评价。本文将在COPD患者的营养状态及其评价方法方面予以详尽的说明。
